Have you ever tried to tackle a big project when you’re exhausted, or found yourself full of energy when you finally sit down to relax? 😂

Today, we’re looking at something that can make a BIG difference in how we use our time: our energy! 🔋

✨ TODAY’S CHALLENGE:

Pay attention to when your energy is:

☀️ HIGH — You’re alert, motivated, focused, and ready to tackle bigger tasks.

🌤️ MEDIUM — You’re steady and productive, making it a good time for routine tasks, organization, or administrative work.

🌙 LOW — You’re tired or moving a little slower, so simpler tasks, rest, or a reset may be what you need.

Then, try matching your tasks to your energy levels instead of expecting yourself to operate at 100% all day long.

💭 TODAY’S REFLECTION:
When am I naturally at my best?

Are you a morning person who gets things done before the day really begins? Do you hit your stride in the afternoon? Or do your best ideas show up in the evening?

I’m learning that being intentional with my time isn’t just about looking at my calendar. It’s also about understanding myself, recognizing my habits, and finding ways to work WITH myself instead of against myself. 💜

Sometimes the answer isn’t doing more. It’s doing the right things at the right time!

✨ Today’s reminder: Your energy is a guide. Use it wisely!

👇 Tell me, are you a morning, afternoon, or evening person when it comes to getting things done?

Be Peaceful!
